OSYN Demands Justice for Ademola Alayori; Student murdered by Amotekun.
The murder of Ademola Alayori an ND 1 Student of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic by men of the Amotekun corps in the state is one murder too many, a very avoidable killing if these zealous officers had not gone out of their scope of operation.
The circumstances that led to the murder of this promising youngster is testament that the Amotekun corps have derailed from the real purpose for which they were created, else the need to clarify the commando-like attack on the private residence of students and the shooting of Ademola Alayori and dumping him at an herbalists coven to die.
We demand justice for the family of Ademola, as we call on the state Government and the Commissioner of police to bring the perpetrators of this evil to face the full wrath of the law, we also challenge the Commandant of the Amotekun corps to ensure his officers are more professional and well trained in future engagements.
Finally, the Network sympathises with the family of Ademola Alayori and the entire youth and student of Ondo state as we continue on this match to get justice by all means.
